Winter to Spring Transition

Happy Monday!

If you're living in the north like me, or are living somewhere with snow, you know the headache of winters transition to spring. One day it could be 40 and the next -10. With bipolar weather it's really hard to adjust the mind set of clothing options. When I'm out shopping all I want to look at are lightweight spring whites and neutrals so this is why I'm writing to you!

In this awkward weather transition I found that I can still pretend its 'spring' while keeping warm. I love light colors in the spring and summer (looks way better when I'm tan) so I paired my new favorite maxi skirt with a warm sweater from Pink Slate Boutique. You might be asking 'platform sandals & socks? Lisa you're crazy!' - However, it might just be me but I'd wear heels everyday if I could. The cute frilly socks ensure my feet stay warm and also I just think it gives the outfit a vintage and chic look (see these socks styled in my last post too).

Of course I take my camera EVERYWHERE I go, JoTotes makes my life 100 times easier with this stylish, durable, and lightweight camera bag! I love that I can use this bag as both my purse and camera carrier.
