How TUE-sday - Cotton Skirt

Happy Tuesday everyone!
So I thought I'd start to do something new. From now on I'm going to be doing 'How TUE-sday' haha get it like 'how-to'! Therefore each tuesday I'm going to be doing different how-to's! Be sure to check back every Tuesday for new ideas, but don't worry! I'm still going to be posting other stuff too! My sister actually gave me the idea and I thought I'd go with it!
For todays How Tue-sday I'm going to show you how to style your favorite cotton skirt / pencil skirt to transform it into a wintery kind of dressy style. My outfit is also really comfortable and can be worn many different ways. I took my favorite cotton skirt, paired it with a comfy colored sweater, and added a pair of tights. To either dress it up or down (I choose up) you can also add accessories - I added my black purse and favorite jewelry. Topping it off I then added fun patterned flats. You can also pair your cotton skirt with booties or other types of shoes. Specially for Michiganders / those of you who live in the north - adding a cute pea-coat will ensure warmth!
Take a look at this outfit:

Sweater & flats || Old Navy
Cotton skirt || Charlotte Russe
Tights || Target
Purse & Jewelry || Forever 21

This outfit is so easy and quick to put together. Looking cute and feeling stylish in winter is still possible! Be sure to check back every week for more outfit posts / how tue-sday / & much more! Let me know what you think - I love to hear your feedback! Thank you!

xoxo Lisa
